The way to learn flamenco guitar even if you’ve never picked up an instrument in your entire life.
You’ll avoid beginner’s frustration, including problems you didn’t know were holding you back, and in a more convenient way than taking weekly lessons.
Why did you decide to create this course?
I realized that many people, especially adults who want to learn to play flamenco guitar, feel overwhelmed by how difficult lessons are and how much you are expected to know.
Hell, I experienced that same frustration even after taking one on one lessons from renowned flamenco masters, but by sheer pig-headedness I came to understand what works and what doesn’t work. That’s why I’m in this business.
All of my beginner students face pretty much the same issues, so it makes sense to put all of that knowledge in a convenient package.
I created this course purely to break down that entry barrier for anyone who wants to play flamenco.
How does it work?
In this course I teach exactly what an absolute beginner (and not so beginner) needs to know to avoid getting frustrated and be able to learn what they want to play.
It’s an ugly course. Most of it is a guy telling you stuff in a heavy Spanish accent who’s clearly learning how to shoot videos as he goes along.
You’re not going to learn how to play fancy stuff here. What you’ll find are simple and concise explanations, without going into unnecessary topics to save you time, and with the assurance that you can watch it as many times as you need to get the most out of it.
There are many guitar courses out there, how is this one different?
I don’t know what the other courses are like, there are hundreds of them. But I’m very familiar with the problems that beginners face when they start playing and haven’t been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by flamenco.
To give you an example of one of these issues: knowing what you should look for in a guitar, which, contrary to popular belief, is especially important as a beginner.
This is something almost nobody teaches, or if they do, they make it seem like a matter of “personal taste” or a ranking of the best quality woods, causing a lot of confusion.
This is one of the several fundamental problems I teach you to avoid here, and it’s so not a matter of personal taste that, if you don’t understand how it works, chances are:
- At best you’ll end up throwing a lot of money away on guitars that don’t give you what you need
- At worst you’ll end up spending a lot of time thinking that you are the problem and not your guitar (time in which you could have been making huge progress).
I should also tell you that I don’t sell guitars nor am I on any commission, what I teach you here is how to identify if a guitar is going to give you the results you want or not (and it doesn’t have as much to do with the price as you might think).
Let’s delve into frustration, which is a common problem for people trying to learn flamenco guitar from scratch.
When it comes to learning flamenco guitar, there are two types of frustrations that you will encounter: some that are completely avoidable (if you know how) and others that are unavoidable (kind of).
The frustration comes when you don’t know how to tell them apart, and you start to wonder if you’re not practicing enough, if there’s some trick you don’t know, if you haven’t understood the lesson well… In the end you’ll end up wondering if you have some kind of handicap. There are many things that can kill your morale at the beginning.
The good news is that after taking this course you’ll have understood how to avoid all the avoidable frustrations, and you’ll know exactly how to overcome (and even have fun with) the inevitable ones.
The bad news (for those who have a short attention span) is that “become a master in 21 days” is fake news. I assume you didn’t believe something like that, but if you did, I’m honestly worried about your wellbeing.
Of course, if you’re a perseverant person, that’s good news for you, because most people aren’t, so that will make your new talent even rarer.
Anyway, I want to make it clear: there are no shortcuts. BUT. There is also no need to take the long way around when you don’t have to. Because I understand that you want to play well soon.
Simply by knowing how to bypass the avoidable problems you’ll already learn much faster than someone who doesn’t, but if you also understand that this is a process, the same as learning a martial art or any other skill worth learning, you’ll paradoxically learn faster than those who just want to play something right now at any cost.
Will this course teach me everything I need to know to play my favorite tunes?
I don’t know what your favorite tunes are, but unless they are simple tunes, probably not. What I do know is that without knowing what I teach in the course you’ll have a hard time playing any tune successfully.
I’ll tell you about what you’ll learn in the course so you can take your time to have a look at it.
Here you go:
What does the course guarantee?
Nothing.
Like I said, in the course you will find just what you need to start playing flamenco guitar in a satisfactory way, without having to bang your head against the wall and second guess if you’re doing it right.
I’ve been teaching this for many years and I can confirm that this is a foolproof system that allows you to make consistent progress.
But of course the results you get will depend entirely on what you do with that information, so I don’t guarantee anything.
If you apply it and are perseverant, the results will range from good to extraordinary. I don’t need to explain to you what happens if you don’t apply it and are not perseverant.
What’s the price?
150€ is what this course should be worth considering the value of its contents.
I’m selling it for 56,85€ ($64 at the moment of writing this). You may wonder why I’m selling it at this price if it’s so good.
Well, for a very simple reason: I want as many students as possible to get hooked on playing, so that in the future they’ll buy new products or lessons from me.
Another important thing: you can be sure that the price will never go down, under any circumstances. Not for Black Friday, not for my birthday, not even when the aliens finally decide to make contact.
You can also be sure that it will go up in price soon enough. How much? I don’t know yet, the only thing I know for sure is that I’ll keep it below its real value.
In other words, it will never be cheaper than it is right now, no matter when you’re reading this.
So if you want it, buy it now, not later.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the course?
It’s a little more than 2 hours in total, and it’s divided into 20 videos, each one being a 5 to 20-minute lesson that you can watch at your own pace.
You should give yourself at least three weeks of practice to absorb all the lessons and make them your own.
How much do I need to practice to get results?
At least an hour per week is what it takes to see decent enough progress for most people.
Kids can get away with practicing 20 minutes per week and still make some progress, but for beginner adults that wouldn’t provide the gains you want, especially when you’re just starting out.
If you’re an older person I recommend you practice about half an hour every day to really hammer down the new skills. This tends to be a sweet spot for my older students.
All of these estimations assume that you practice following the instructions I give in the course, and of course if you practice more you’ll get there faster.
Does it include support?
It’s a 50€ course so it doesn’t include support. But since this is the first edition, you can write to me at my email with any doubts you have. I can’t promise I’ll answer all of them, but I’ll definitely read them all and I may add new clarifications to the course.
Can I try it and return it if I don’t like it?
No. If you’re not sure if it’s for you, don’t buy it. What you’ll receive is exactly what I’ve explained in this page.
How do I access the course?
When you click the buy button, it will take you to the Hotmart checkout page where you’ll have to put your email (use the same one where you receive my newsletter) and your credit card details. Once you’ve acquired it, you’ll receive an email with your access key and clear instructions.
